1 Introduction

Welcome to 99ab. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 99ab online gaming platform, including all products available through the site — Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Slots, Slot Games, and Bingo. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

99ab offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to terms specific to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These individual promotion terms are displayed at the time the offer is presented and must be read before claiming any bonus.

General rules that apply to all bonuses at 99ab:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all bonus funds and associated winnings being voided.

6 Sports Betting Rules

Key rules that apply to all sports bets placed on 99ab:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and market availability at the time the bet is placed. Odds can change at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet ID issued, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. 99ab reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a match.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs (in the case of cricket), settlement rules specific to each market type will apply as set out in the Sports Betting Rules page within the platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and the specific market information.
• 99ab reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of irregular activity, error in odds, or technical failure that resulted in incorrect odds being offered.
• Bets placed on markets where the outcome was already known at the time of placement will be voided regardless of the displayed odds.

8 Responsible Gaming

99ab is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits and use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time from your account settings. A limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period before it takes effect.

• Time-Out: Pause your account for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out you cannot deposit, place bets, or access gaming products.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99ab. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in the platform software. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected technical error must be reported to support; winnings derived from exploiting errors will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, insider information betting, or any other form of corrupt wagering activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions are monitored and may be reported.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system by opening multiple accounts, using VPNs to access geo-restricted offers, or any other method designed to claim bonuses outside their intended terms.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 99ab staff or other platform users.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

99ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without first contacting 99ab support.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity listed in Section 9.
• At the player's own request (account closure or self-exclusion).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money deposits that are not associated with bonus abuse or fraud will be returned to the player using the original deposit method, subject to verification and any applicable legal requirements.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed to completion.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ab and its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or opportunity, arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays in processing caused by third-party systems including mobile wallet providers, banks, or internet service providers.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game information, or promotional details that result from a clear technical error, where such odds or details have already been voided or corrected in accordance with these terms.
• Losses resulting from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits 99ab's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

99ab reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or via a notification within the platform before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 99ab platform after changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
